If you are dissatisfied with a Product or ingredient for any reason, please contact us at info@wildwayoflife.com within seven (7) days of the date you received the Product and we will either replace the Product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item. After seven (7) days of product being recieved, products are not eligible for returns or refunds. You will be responsible for the return shipping for all returned items. Only unopened and unused items returned in the same condition in which they were received are eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in good condition to be eligible for a refund. Any returned items damaged or lost in transit will be the responsibility of the shipper. Items purchased on a sale or clearance price or purchased with a discount or coupon code are not eligible for a refund. All items lost or undeliverable in transit that are a result of customer error or incorrect inputs by customers during checkout are the responsibility of the customer, are not guaranteed a refund, and will be handled on a case by case basis.
